Hotel Pé na Areia! Quarto: limpo e confortável! Toalhas trocadas e quarto limpo diariamentes. A única coisa que deixou a desejar um pouco foi a pressão da água do chuveiro. Café da Manhã: Bastante variedade, com opções sem glúten e sem lactose. Praia e Piscina: Não há recreação nem monitoria na piscina, mas nada que atrapalhe. Serviço de praia foi ok, mas para pegar cadeira e guarda sol nos dias mais movimentados, chegue cedo, (no período que estava lá, estava faltando um funcionário que estava doente, então o serviço de praia ficou um pouco comprometido). Localização: Bem no centrinho dos Ingleses, muitos restaurantes, mercados, lojinhas na porta do hotel. Só precisa pegar o carro se realmente quiser. Estacionamento: Pago a parte - R$ 30/diária.

The hotel has potential. Well located, with a beautiful mto view depending on the room. Allowable breakfast, without a lot of variety but just for value. But it ends there. It's falling pieces. Rooms can be swallowed. I booked a room with a couple bed request, I was put on a single bed, and they didn't move a finger to solve the situation. The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. In addition, I saw them conducting reproachable conduct with other guests. If they enjoyed it was a competition fds in the city (consequently with much movement) and cancelled bookings made by site as booking, only for the person to have q booking private superfaturated. Very clean!!! All star staff!!! Nice hardwood/tile floors. Very good continental breakfast and also the room service was tasty and quick! Security elevator was a plus. Climate control in each sleeping space made it pleasant for everyone. Valet parking made it very easy and extremely convenient. Florianópolis is full of one way streets you may want a vehicle with GPS.
