******* defaulted to Dec 21, after I had set the date for Dec 14, didn’t notice wrong date until confirmation. Immediately tried to cancel, ******* said Holiday Inn had to confirm cancellation, but didn’t. I also asked at the Holiday Inn desk when I checked in on the 14th to cancel, they said I had to contac *******, which I did.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff member that helped me check-in was not very attentive. The room was not properly cleaned. I will not come back.

Arrived and room smelt of urine and dirty. Also had adjoining room which was not disclosed before booking. After complaint we moved to another room which was better but deserves a rating of 1 star. Way to expensive for what you get.

Really appreciated that there are charging ports for electric vehicles, we were able to charge will we stay d the night. Nice big sized bed and room, loved that the hotel complimentary shampoo/conditioner was dove and not some generic cheap brand. Only downside was that the carpets felt a little sticky.

The hotel staff was wonderfully kind to us as we were in town for a funeral. We are VERY grateful to them.
The bathroom was not great - rusted in spots.

I booked a two-night stay at this property on September 1st through *******. When I arrived for check-in this past weekend, I was informed that the property had been closed for business for several months. I had to book another hotel at the last minute for last minute prices. ******* was no help at all when I contacted them.
