TownePlace Suites Foley at Owa

The staff was very welcoming and made a special effort to accommodate my wife’s needs as she needed a handicap room and it wasn’t in the reservation. The game was great for a family reunion and the breakfast was great

The staff at check in were nice and friendly. I didn't love the idea of not having a hair dryer in the room and the breakfast overall was fair at best. I loved the location and the amenities around us. The lobby and activities were a nice plus since we came with several families.

The first night we didn’t have any hot water to take a shower. We made the front desk aware but they just said that it was because we were located at the end of the hall and it would probably get better. There was also a lot of teenage girls staying at the hotel that were very noisy and waking us up in the night. The next morning, we still did not have any hot water. We then insisted on another room or our money back for the three night stay. We were given another room but had spend time moving all of our belongings to the room. No apologies from the hotel in the beginning. They finally were apologetic. Our last time to stay at TownePlace Suites at OWA.

Everything was perfect from the location, staff, cleanliness, room size, hotel amenities. Everything was great. Will return.

They do not clean your room unless you request it??? I stayed 2 nights and the second day the room was disheveled and trash needed to be taken out…no clean dry towels..when requesting towels the next morning when we were ready to check out we were told it would be 15 minutes for towels…1/2 hour later we left with no showers for the 3 hour ride back…breakfast was not fresh cooked…not that I could smell in the air or see in the serving trays…or taste…I’m by far picky but this stay was below par service wise…the hotel itself was nice and well maintained

The hotel lobby, hallways etc appeared very nice and clean, however, when I opened the room door and turned on the light, several cockroach looking bugs scattered all around. Disgusting to say the least. When I told the front desk we would not be staying and would like a refund, she was shocked and offered another room. No thank you. When I inquired the next day about the status of my refund, the room had not been shut down or an exterminator called, per the front office staff.
