Friendly staff, got shown to our pitch, gated entry so you know not anyone can just come in and out. Outside heated pool was a massive hit with my two children especially when it was sunny outside. Shop onsite which sells the little bits you might of forgotten. They had a little Pizza Hut, bar/restaurant which did bingo for all the family and then a quiz night so all ages could get involved. They sold ice cream in the shop and near the swimming pool which the kids loved. Big park for the kids to play! Would definitely recommend! Only negative, well not negative just to be prepared, was the pitches were very slanted back legs of the caravan were maxed and the front of the caravan were nearly on the floor.

We had a fabulous time of pure luxury and superb service here. It is impossible to have any problems here and, if you do, you can be guaranteed the problem will be fixed immediately. Breakfast is a lovely service with prompt, hot, quality food. A luxury not to be missed!

I booked the roof top spa and brunch for a 30th birthday celebration. It was wonderful, great spa experience if a little busy. Brunch was nice but the service was very slow. However, having looked at my bank statement this week, I have a charge for £10. It isnt a huge amount I realise, but was not expected. I trawled through various emails and apparently this is a 'service charge'. I paid £240 for 4 hours for two of us, and whilst I appreciate this is a premium experience, seeing this charge a week after the fact left a sour taste. It seems ridiculous but I wouldn't return simply because if a sneaky charge, and will be advising my friends of the same. A shame as it was a lovely experience but I do not appreciate spending my hard earned money and being quashed for more.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are always friendly and really go out of their way to make your stay great. We were there for a business meeting, and the mix of good work facilities and an exceptionally comfortable place to stay couldn't have been better. The food is superb-local dishes cooked to a really high standard-the spa is excellent. Overall, we had a great stay both working and relaxing. A rare combo

My motorhome broke down on the way there try as I must to contact them there phone were unmanned when they finally contacted me to see if I was arriving I explained that we had broken down they never commented I booked through campsites uk who asked would they offer me a refund minus the deposit they refused also when asked would they offer a credit note the answer was no absolutely diabolical way to treat a customer no empathy or nothing it’s quite obvious that they don’t value customers!!! We will not be booking there again and the trip next year with another 8 of our friends will be cancelled shortly avoid no understanding or empathy if something like this occurs !!!!
