Oceanfront with 4 Oceanfront balconies!!!

Beautiful place with awesome views, great kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for your crew.

Beautiful experience for our short trip to South Carolina. Our first time to ever visit the state and this house and beachview did not disappoint. The stairs were quite the workout, but they fit the style of the home. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. Overall, amazing experience!!

Beautiful location. Enjoyed our stay very much. There are small details of the home that could use some attention but it didn’t ruin our stay.

The property manager Tyler was excellent and did the best she could with what she had to work with. The recent storm flooded the property and inside the residence which was no fault but the weather. However there were no sidewalks stepping stones etc ti get to the house, waded through septic tank water that stunk to get in and out of the house. The location is awesome once you get in it the beach is literally out the back door. The furniture is older faded and the couch legs are barely hanging on so if you’re bigger you will need to use the chairs . The showers needed attention and the light bulbs in the bathrooms didn’t work or were too dim but again not the property manager’s fault I feel the cleaning crew is overwhelmed and did the best they could with what time they get to clean. The biggest issue for me was the beach or rain water flooding the house causing so much mold in the hvac system and in the ceiling it caused terrible allergies for everyone we had to get Zyrtec and benedryl for all staying so if you’re sensitive to mold and dust do not stay here . If you don’t mind mildew mold and dusty fixtures and there’s not a lot of rain in the forecast then this place is a great location and the property manager will go out of her way to try to help but like I said I feel the owner needs to to a once over to get the house in better condition. Salty air wreaks havoc on houses but this was more like neglect to me .

Great week This location is great ! We have stayed here before and it totally meets our family needs! The balcony views are amazing ! There are no window coverings facing the ocean so bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in!!

Great Beach Experience! Very unique house! The steps are not for the feint of heart, but we didn’t mind it at all! Amazing view from every deck! Dolphins out there every day! We had groceries delivered from Walmart for 10 fee and totally worth it! Our family of seven had plenty of space and we would definitely stay again!

The home is beautiful and spacious, with a large number of stairs. However, we all viewed the stairs as a workout, and actually enjoyed them. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Tyler provided beach chairs, beach towels, high-end linens, bath towels, and every possible kitchen utensil one could need! I have never rented a home with every utensil I need to cook for my family. The best part of the home was the huge, rainfall showers with bamboo seats (perfect for my best friend who is a stroke survivor). Tyler was the perfect host who responded immediately to any questions I had. We incredibly enjoyed the outdoor seating on all four floors. The back door was perfect for in and out, daily beach days. The faucet on the first floor deck was quite useful for washing sandy feet and chairs... I can go on and on about how much we loved this house! Does it need a few upgrades? Yes. But with a house of this size, it is very obvious they are in the midst of upgrading areas of the home that are used the most. No one can remodel this huge house in a day and the choices being made are strategic for the comfort of all renters.Tyler, thank you. Your home is beautiful and we had the most amazing week!
