The Kitchen/Living room is on the 2nd floor with the Bedroom suites on the 1st and 3rd just enough separation and privacy for a multi family situation. The bedroom suites are a delight. Both master bedrooms open to over sized baths that feature dual vanities and large, walk in showers. The house has 4 beds (2 Kings and 2 Full size murphy beds). The Full size beds are in a suite off each King... it may not be private enough for a separate family, but certainly room enough for the kids or another adult.
