Hampton Inn & Suites Folsom

Staff were friendly. Free breakfast was better than most hotels. Cleaning every other day was adequate for us. Only downside is bathroom door closing and fan in the bathroom was a bit loud.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. I highly recommend it.

We requested housekeeping and it was confirmed - but never delivered. When I mentioned this on checkout, the staff apologized and extended a credit to our account. That was very much appreciated.

I have been staying at the Hampton Inn once a year for the last five years. We always have a pool party on a Saturday where my whole family comes. It has never been a problem, but this year the blonde desk clerk seemed to think it was inappropriate. She asked me who told you you could have a pool party. I told her we have been having one every year for five years. It’s never been a problem. She seemed very unhappy with me, told me to keep it quiet.

Good location. I feel the only complaint was the breaker food was a bit to "rehydrated". Not horrible, but not great. But we would stay there again.

The staff did not tell us upon check in that the rooms were cleaned every other days the bathroom smelled like mildew.

Front desk staff was nice enough to allow us to check in early which we really appreciated. This is a pet friendly hotel which is why we selected it and they even have pet treats at the front desk which was sweet. Our room was comfy and clean and parking was free and ample. Overall, we had a great experience!

Room clean. Was an ADA room but so far from the elevator. Staff was friendly and informative. Breakfast was pretty good but crowded.
