One Night Stay Staff were pleasant. We were a bit disappointed in the size of the room. We thought that with the hotel catering to skiers with all their equipment that the rooms would have been bigger.

Clean and cozy rooms. Staff was very polite and customer service was excellent. We arrived quite late at the hotel, but instructions given by the staff was great and there was no issues at all.

Good position ! Never saw the bar open ! or the restatuant. When you come down for breakfast there is a mob waiting to pounce on you for your room number. Breakfast was ok but you have to ask for milk for tea! milk for ceral! in short no milk unles you ask. But what really pissed me off was as usally i paid for 4 night stay but was only staying 3 so i dont have to get out of the room early. So when i checked out i didnt notice not only had they charged me for the extra night which was fine ! but also the parking and two breakfasts for the day I wasnt even there!! Yes i should have checked the bill! but i was in a hurry ! Staff were miserable ! especially Ms Trunchball !! Will not be staying here ever again!!

Great little Hotel located innthe center of Font Romeu village. Clean and fresh rooms, clean and contemporary designed with comfy beds and good bed linen. The staff is friendly smiley and available. The breakfast is great and varied. Indoor car parking is also a big plus

This hotel is right in the heart of the action in Font-Romeu. First off, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Most all spoke some English. The hotel does have a private, underground parking garage that you do have to pay extra for as we did. I can especially see how this might be nice in the winter. There is an elevator which makes transporting luggage easier. Our room was very nice and seemed to be recently remodeled, or they are just really good at keeping them up. Breakfast (pay extra) was a great spread. On the top floor is an indoor pool (not large but OK, an outdoor hot tub, and a sap area. Best yet, right out the door, is everything else in the heart of the town. If you were a skier, you would only have to walk a block to the lift up the mountain. Lots of shops and restaurants are within very easy walking distance.

Room small for the price, almost no natural light. No public places to read or to be after 2230. Breakfast recommendable. Service good although they cannot understand Catalan, which would be appreciated. Good situation and nice rooftop views
