房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全能正常使用，空調給力，樓下有早餐店，順下坡路走80米左右路口有夜市，估計至少營業到晚12點。前台客服態度和藹，由於我們到達時間比較晚，酒店門前已經沒有車位，前台妹子直接給我轉了10元停車費，讓我把車停在酒店隔壁的收費停車場，安全又放心。總之，沒有評論區差評説的那麼不堪，滿分送上，再來佛坪了還住這裏。

房間乾淨，整體房間一眼看過很舒服，窗户也很大，服務態度很好，老闆很熱情，行李箱很重，老闆看見直接幫我們提。第二天我們想出去看熊貓，我們回來發現列車還早。想在回去休息下，但被告知房間已經打掃了，老闆給我們騰出空餘房間，給我們把空調打開，讓我們休息，真的太感謝了！

房間還是比較大的，但是衞生不行，衞生間有蜘蛛網，枕頭套還有很大一個洞。沒有電梯，樓梯也窄，行李重的要想清楚，搬上搬下不容易。沒什麼安全意識，中途換房間的時候説幫我搬行李，結果看監控發現把我行李箱放走廊過道上好久，也沒人管，人來人往的， 還是一個監控死角，監控根本看不到箱子，給出的解釋是沒人靠近過我的箱子，這種事情，怕的不就是那個萬一嗎？酒店前台還跟我説這就像在餐廳吃飯東西放桌子上人去上廁所了一樣，怎麼個一樣法呢？拿過道跟餐廳大廳比是嗎？再説 ，東西的主人可以做的一些決定，幫忙看管東西的人也可以嗎？
（沒有意外發生的時候都挺熱情的）

服務不錯，客房收拾也乾淨，親子房不算小，給了一間臨河的，看着遠處的風景，挺漂亮的。開發票有點慢，一週了，沒見收到，還得催催。看看大熊貓和金絲猴不錯。

該店衹是一個歇腳店，僅此而已！
該店的客房毫無衞生可言，地面及椅面上的污漬，清淅可見，牆壁上也是多處黴漬斑斑，有多久未認真清理過，不得而知，看了令人噁心不已。
洗浴間的洗臉枱腳腐爛歪斜且長出了菌子，也沒有處理，完全一副得過且過的擺爛樣，總體來説，該店的住宿體驗非常差，實在是沒有選擇，衹能求而次之。

房間不錯，老闆夫婦也不錯，一點建議，晚上空調主機噪音較大，在佛坪安靜的夜晚尤其突出，希望勤勞的老闆夫婦儘快維護下，克服這個問題就完美了。天冷了，床可以鋪厚一點或加塊電熱毯。
