The service was nice but the room had a smell and the furniture is all scuffed up. The couch looked really old. Could use an update. The staff was really nice though. I appreciated it. It was clean too

It has snow today so there was a few spot that was not cleared until later where accessible spot was not clear until later. Otherwise all was well. Very satisfied with this hotel and staff. I usually use this is my first choice

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Not too noisy except for the ice machine being emptied several days by a customer at 5:00 AM.

This hotel was great for our family of 5. The beds were comfy, breakfast was yummy, the service was great and the location was quiet (even on a CSU Homecoming weekend). Would stay here again.

The staff, esp. manager Sheryl and staff member Zach went above and beyond to return 2 light jackets (rain & fleece) and 2 pr of long pants I had packed in case we drove thru the mountains. We encountered car trouble so skipped the mountains, but left the clothes in the room! I especially liked being able to walk in the neighborhood and walk to a couple restaurants nearby. Would have liked to have stayed for a week instead of 3 nights. Thank you.

This property is a bit older, lobby was very hot upon check in. Room was clean but could not get the room cool enough for a hot day. Bathroom was clean but had a burning smell, not sure if it was cleaning products or bug spray.
Bathroom sink was slow draining, dead mosquitoes came up from drain- a little disturbing. It was decent enough for sleep and a quick morning shower. Elevator needed an upgrade, very small and slow running.
