Overall decent stay. A lot of random fees! Wish we could’ve seen mermaid show on 12/16 but was cancelled due to weather. Still waiting on a call back for a refund for the $138 I paid for the show

I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel front office manager even upgraded my room because I felt like the other one had been smoked in. The staff in general is very friendly and professional. The valets were awesome and quick, quick quick. On top of the incredible service the oceanfront location and pool cannot be beaten. B Ocean was beautiful

One can expect more from a 4 star hotel. Average at best. Location is great, pool is great, but that is about it. Expensive for what it offers. Mediocre room, water in the bath was yellow, towels were stiff, no breakfast, and the restaurant that offers breakfast is in despair: dirty silverware, terrible food. Do not recommend.

I liked the hotel, but I missed a good restaurant inside the hotel, to make things easier, as we had to buy our dinner and breakfast through Uber eats.

I like nothing it was very noisy. The staff weren’t very friendly, especially in the morning the front desk staff he wasn’t very nice I could hear people flushing their toilets while I was in my room It is overpriced and overrated.

Honestly like 55 dollars for parking for each night is isane , the walls are very thin i heard nothing but arguments from next door
