Very disappointing to arrive to the property only to find out that the pool was closed down for construction. That information would’ve been helpful to know before booking a hot weekend in June.

Its a sneaky sales tactic to not divulge that this hotel is under renovations and the pool was closed.
We would have booked an alternate hotel knowing that the pool was closed. Also construction noise in the early morning made it impossible to sleep in.

The location of the hotel is great, and it's a very reasonably priced hotel for the area. The beach is across the street, the only thing was the pool wasn’t available and. I reconstructed the hotel. But the staff made it up, gave me a free breakfast, beach chairs and upgraded my room with an ocean view. The team here is doing a fantastic job of offering the best stay possible! The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit enjoyable.

Very friendly valet and front desk staff. Room was very clean and nice view. The pool is being renovated but because the ocean water is so nice, we didn’t miss having a pool. The only thing I do wish they had was a microwave in the room, the fridge is a nice size and there is a coffee maker with coffee. Access to the beach is right next to the hotel through a parking lot which is gravel, no issues on our part walking though it like so many have complained about.

I got charged for a valet car that I didn’t have, the AC in my room didn’t keep up, the shower in the bathroom would BARELY drain. The pool was closed, would have been nice to know before I flew in from 3 hours away. Close to the beach was nice. But. All in all. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Parking was a hassle at this location, the hotel charges $52 for overnight parking and during the day, the lowest option is around $4.75 an hour.
The hotel is under construction and the AC was not working in several rooms, my family had to switch rooms multiple times during our stay due to issues with the AC or the bathrooms.

The pool was under construction so we had access to the ocean but had to pay for chairs and umbrellas it was a hot and sunny day so we had no choice but to pay extra for chairs and umbrella...hallway smelled for smoke, I would not stay there again!

The hotel seemed very nice. The room was nice as well. Great location, however the A/C was not working. It was very miserable.

The actual hotel room: filthy old carpeting, toilet didn’t flush & we had to have a part replaced the first morning, bathroom vent didn’t work and there was a large crack in bathroom sink. No ice in the ice machine. However, all of the employees were all very helpful….! The Concierge was an awesome informative lady!
