Overall things worked out but I must warn we started off on the wrong foot with a room that smelled funky. They were nice enough to change it no questions asked but the next room was no better. We plugged in our devices and all the power went off! (I can’t make this stuff up) It would have been no big deal and just another complaint but our kids were asleep. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Management was super accommodating and empathetic but it was definitely an unpleasant experience. From there on it was ok but damn those first few moments really ******!

This hotel is in a great location but needs some love ! I don’t know what happen during any past renovations but what a sloppy mess. I definitely needs some work .

Property is in severe need of renovations. The carpets are all stained, the metal work in the rooms rusty and in general its way past its prime. Very very poor for a Hilton.

A/C didn’t work in the first room which was 2 queens. Got moved to a room with a king and pull out sofa. My son ended up having to sleep on the pull out couch which wasn’t very comfortable. Even though this was a less expensive room, we were not offered a price adjustment.

The hotel was fine. Lobby was nice and the covered parking garage is a nice touch, too. The rooms are old and could use some TLC like light switches being broken, and the security bar for the door being broken. I wouldn’t rush to stay here again but it was ok.

My toilet was overflowing and it was backed up with sewage.
I asked the hotel to help me out and send a plumber but they didn’t have one working overnight.

The maid came to clean, day 2, at 5.10pm, I left at 9am. The breakfast was fine. I suppose the sheet was clean? Nice towels. 3*’s so not high expectation.

The hotel is a bit outdated and may require some renovations including the toilet and the door lock etc. The neighborhood is not so great as it is close to the bus terminal which gathers homeless people.
