Reviews of Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek

I had requested away from the train, as you can see from the picture from the room, it was not away from the track but on top of the track . I had actually went to the hotel in person and spoke to Garrett Loges the manger for the request . By the picture as you can see we checked in there was dirty bathroom floors and a washcloth still in the shower. We had issues with from the start with our room being booked in Concierge level. The hotel did not want to honor . The first night we did not get to use the club level access at all. In fact, I did not get the girls name because she did not have a name tag on but she cursed at us under her breathe. It took a very nice lady by the name of Lida to read in the file to actually see we did have Concierge privileges and club level service . Thank Goodness for her.

Nice, Mediterranean style hotel but a little bit undated. Comfortable beds with nice pillows. Clean.

For the price is reasonable, but I wanna say that they already renovated some rooms, but did it so bad, so I feel sorry for the owner and his mone

I’ve always stayed here with no complaints. Loving the new upgraded decor!

It is very suitable for friends who rent a car or travel by car. Parking is free and it is very close to Exit 95 of the highway. As for other aspects, the basic overview is average. The front desk staff hardly speaks, perhaps because they face all kinds of guests every day. But don't expect too much, it's OK.

Came to see Messi's game. Great location, very close to the stadium. There are a few restaurants nearby, but Wendy's and Maimai are both great. The breakfast and the atmosphere were both good.
