The cleanliness of the room in this motel was very poor. There was a gray smell when entering the room. The bed looked dirty and the floor was dirty everywhere. They didn't dare to touch us. We didn't even get a good night's sleep, although The price is very low, but the experience is so bad that I will never stay in this hotel again.

I wasn't even able to check in. And I'm being charged for this room and left without a place to stay at 1am. No one is available in the office. Says a sight manager is easily accessible by dialing a number. Not true. Now I'm out over $100 scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. Don't do it!

This property should be ranked a 1/10. The room was terrible, the beds were terrible, the towels were from the dollar store, patching of the walls was terrible.. There was roaches in the room, the ac didn’t work and the room was wet from the humidity. The only part of the hotel description that was accurate was the pool. Too bad it was too cold outside to use the pool. I will never make this mistake again. I am also extremely disappointed with ******* and their reviews of this property. I should be given a full refund, and my back will probably hurt for the next few weeks because of the beds in this place.

If you bring the right attitude and expectations you should have an enjoyable stay here. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and the pool area is very pleasant, with a well heated pool surrounded by greenery and sunbeds. Oldies played on the radio lessen the impact of the traffic noise from the neighbouring A1A. The public beach at Lauderdale by the Sea is a 10 minute walk away. I challenge the critics to find another place in this area for a similar price which also has free parking.
Staff and fellow guests were friendly and there were enough positives that i would return.
The negatives were the iffy electrics, the kitchen could be better equipped and housekeeping never showed up earlier than 4.30p.m. However, these were minor issues compared to the positives.

Awesome staff everyone was helpful and friendly. My only complaint is room 304 needs some TCL / updates/ repairs but it served its purpose and we enjoyed our stay . View was great . Area was convenient and had lots to do within walking distance. Parking was nice and included. Overall good service good stay .

Nice heated pool and beach in walking distance, those are the only pluses. Mold, missing outlet plates, ants in bathroom, rusty microwave, stained bathtub, dirty grout, lazily painted trim, stained mattress, no outlets near beds. No refunds for those unsatisfied with room. Housekeeping didn’t come once during a week-long stay.
