Hotel Motel Lauderdale Inn

Thanks hotel motel Lauderdale Inn for the true southern hospitality. The staff is a great mother and daughter team. The beach access was wonderful. The room is perfect for us. Only the water pressure is a little low. Looking forward to returning and staying again soon.

Great location , especially at this price range. The staff was helpful and friendly. The A/C in my room was not the greatest .I was only in town that night for a concert , or I would have complained when I entered the room.

Literally nothing about this stay was positive. I recieved multiple messaged from ******* asking me to submit my license and it wouldn't work. No one was available when we arrived and the woman gave us a key pad code on arrival. The room was a large open window to the pool area and I was honestly concerned for our safety. I am requesting a refund from *******. DON'T DO IT.

Dawn was really friendly n helpful. Gave us our room as soon as guests checked out which was really appreciated. The terraced patio was really nice n comfortable Room price was a bit pricey

Pool was full of leaves, very little seating outside. We were allocated 2 poolside rooms, 5 and 9 ?. Both were in need of at upgrade, the rooms had full lenght window looking out to pool giving no privacy, the doors had combination locks which were temperamental and we felt were not secure. Safety was a big concern. The bedding was well used, especially the pillows, one room had a punch hole in the headboard, beds were far below average, shower was old and worn out, hairs found in one of the beds. We did not stay and found accommodation elsewhere. I felt the website and photos very misleading. No one was at reception when we arrived, nice lady showed us to the rooms but motel definitely not worth the money they wanted

Our flight was delayed several hours. There is not a real person there to answer calls and no one at the front desk. We couldn't check into our room because the policy is to email the property with your ID for a code to check in but no email was ever provided. We had to find accommodations elsewhere and were still charged. Horrible management.

Never used the pool. Never had time for shopping. I was told my room was on the first floor and when I got there it was on the 2nd floor with no elevator just stairs. No one was available in the office when I arrived or left. Room was ok but nothing special. I would not recommend it for more than a cheap stay overnight.

Has its own parking lot just has trouble getting in contact with them, there isn’t always someone at the front desk but other than that it was a nice room in a good area ac was great

Room simple double bed 2 chairs and small table! Older property a litlle run down odd peices of outside furniture! It is ok for one night before a cruise or flight 20 minutes to cruise port
