Checked in, the lady was friendly, but I really couldn't understand what she saying. Same issue with a different lady the next day and man cleaning the breakfast area. Got to room very clean, beds were comfortable and shower was awesome. TV is low on the dresser so you had to hold the remote high in the air to change channel. Cleaning crew was awesome and cleaned the room the next day without asking. You can hear ppl walking on the floor above you, so you you are a light sleepers get the top floor. Breakfast was horrible & cheap. Boiled eggs, bacon, muffins, bread, cereal, and one waffle maker. We went down about 8:30 & pancake was out. Ask them to refill it and they said no. Breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:30, there was an hour left but they refused to refill anything. A lot of people asked about refilling some of the food and they all were told. We always take our grandkids off with us and we pick places to stay that serve breakfast. First and last time just because of the breakfast issues.

The room was clean and environmentally friendly, and he advocated the reuse of towels unless it needed to be replaced. Coffee and refreshments are available 24 hours a day in the hotel lobby. There are a lot of breakfasts, so I don't have to worry about this Chinese stomach. There is a big farmer's market around. The scenery is beautiful, a bit like a European town.

We stopped in unannounced on a roadtrip. The hotel was actually not bad, the beds were nice and the nights stay was a lot cheaper than expected for not booking in advance. There is not a breakfast which is fine, the room was clean and we would stay again if in the area. There were a lot of people hanging around late at night, not sure if they were guests or just where the town is. Was not too scary but questionable at that time of night (or morning).

Please note that our five star rating is in comparison to hotels in a similar class. We were pleased with our experience at the Comfort Inn in Rock Hill, which we chose because it was pet friendly. Best of all, the rooms, furniture and bedding were clean and well kept which was quite different from what we usually find. Thank you for realizing that pet owners like cleanliness and comfort, too. The location was convenient to access, if a bit confusing due to intersecting highways. The woman who checked us in was friendly and professional. We appreciated the nice sized outdoor pool (though it was a bit noisy from the nearby highways and a little more shade might be in order.) The lobby and breakfast area were spotless, and we were delighted to have the typical Choice hotel fare back instead of grab and go. We wish there were restaurants within an easy walk -there is a Sonny’s very close by (you could theoretically walk but the area isn’t pedestrian friendly.)

Checked in, the lady was friendly, but I really couldn't understand what she saying. Same issue with a different lady the next day and man cleaning the breakfast area. Got to room very clean, beds were comfortable and shower was awesome. TV is low on the dresser so you had to hold the remote high in the air to change channel. Cleaning crew was awesome and cleaned the room the next day without asking. You can hear ppl walking on the floor above you, so you you are a light sleepers get the top floor. Breakfast was horrible & cheap. Boiled eggs, bacon, muffins, bread, cereal, and one waffle maker. We went down about 8:30 & pancake was out. Ask them to refill it and they said no. Breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:30, there was an hour left but they refused to refill anything. A lot of people asked about refilling some of the food and they all were told. We always take our grandkids off with us and we pick places to stay that serve breakfast. First and last time just because of the breakfast issues.

We stopped in unannounced on a roadtrip. The hotel was actually not bad, the beds were nice and the nights stay was a lot cheaper than expected for not booking in advance. There is not a breakfast which is fine, the room was clean and we would stay again if in the area. There were a lot of people hanging around late at night, not sure if they were guests or just where the town is. Was not too scary but questionable at that time of night (or morning).
