Had such a wonderful time at the La Quinta great customer service. They also have the most amazing rooms we stayed in yet. Everything is brand new recently remodeled in the last couple months the most amazing pillow top beds with feather pillows and of course pet friendly, which was a huge plus for me and my husband but most of all the customer service and the staff was 100% the best customer service I’ve had yet in Florida extremely friendly and nice and the hotel is very clean!!

First night new to the area. Got to the hotel it looked a little run down decided to give it a chance. So decided to relax but there was so much foot traffic outside the room and doors slamming. Didn’t relax if you have the lights inside on that anyone can see you from the outside. Next morning getting ready for work I see roaches crawling. Went out was gone all day round the evening came in to get ready for me to checkout in the a.m notice I had a bag missing of jeans about ten pairs used. Went to report my issue the lady at the desk. She said since it was night she could only make a note for the morning person. Checked out went to the morning person at the front and she say it was to early no one has come in yet. But she said was gone let the manager know wrote my number down wait for her to call. Waited to almost 12 no call. I went by she tell me that it was no possible way that someone took it and that I must had it in my car. Well I’m still talking about my bag of clothes.

Fabulous, helpful, kind staff and hotel has great location & is perfect for a quick overnight stay! Second time there and plan to return for our quick overnights to this simple and good hotel!

My family and I honestly believe that this place shouldn’t be running. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or mopped. There was some weird pink spill on the floor. We didn’t feel comfortable enough to even take our shoes off. The beds had random stains all over them as well.
We bought a room for a family of 5. The beds were smaller than a full and one family member had to sleep on the floor for all of us to be comfortable.
The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I had asked a simple question and she responded in a condescending way.
We are not from around here but when we come back to Florida we will NOT be staying at this place.

Overall was good the only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast was not what I expected and it was closed to early and a family with 3 kids were talking about going somewhere else
