Hotel check-in and check-out are very simple. The hotel heating room is very noisy. Although the breakfast is relatively monotonous, it is clean and hygienic.

Super convenient to the airport -- BUT only if you have a vehicle, there is NO shuttle service. Uber worked just fine, however a shuttle would have been great. Room was clean, no issue. Decent breakfast included.

I don't like the check-in via the Kiosk. I prefer speaking to someone face-to-face rather than on a monitor. I like that personal connection.
Breakfast was lacking. Cereal, muffins, instant oatmeal, and waffles were the main components. No eggs, bacon, or sausage. Breakfast was pretty lame.

Sign in with a virtual agent - I prefer human contacts. The only people we saw were housekeepers and they did an excellent job with their cleaning.

That there was no front desk help. We had to go through a virtual front desk employee. We were visiting family in a tough time and wanted to leave early but couldn’t get refunded any amount from the stay.

Remote check in…..there was some type of communication problem so we had to wait until that was fixed. The room was ok, but the pillows are those small square that are about as comfortable as laying your head on your desk top.
Kids running down the hallways yelling, wasn’t the best experience.
I would pass primarily due to the remote check in, it was a hassle after a long day of driving.

I thought there would be hot bacon and eggs or sausage and eggs with home fries, instead of hard boiled eggs. children from a baseball team were also looking for the same thing. At other inns that I stayed at did.

Only contact with front desk is with remote agent via kiosk. Wait time is hit or miss. They say dial 0 for on-site staff but there was no answer. There was a cleaning crew there and they were good. The breakfast attendant was very attentive.
