The staff are very nice and helpful , the room is sparking clean! Feel like home!

The hotel is beautiful and the location is pretty great. Although my room didnt had the lake view which was a shame. But beside that was all good. Good breakfeast as well.

The room is standard, the breakfast is quite rich, a classic Scottish buffet breakfast, nothing special. You need to register your credit card information, including CVV, when you check in, which makes people feel strange and unsafe. It is better to just collect the deposit directly.

The hotel is located in the center of Fort William. The single room I booked is small but fully equipped, bright, clean, tidy, and the heating is sufficient. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. There is a river at the door, and the scenery is great. When it is not cold, you can sit on the hotel terrace and have an English breakfast.

The hotel is easy to find on the edge of the small town. It is a very standard hotel with complete facilities and standard services, including breakfast. The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is spacious. The dinner ordered in the bar tastes good, and it is more suitable for travel and accommodation in the West Highlands.

OMG This hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in The bed linen were white and crispy The mattress was very comfortable The room was spacious a d had everything to make your stay enjoyable Breakfast was fantastic Staff very friendly 100% recommendable

The hotel is good value for money Easy to find on the main road into Fort William The have onsite and off site parking My room was small but comfortable Unfortunately the view was poor as my room was at the back of the hotel Breakfast was buffet style They had DE coffee machine but coffee was weak Staff were friendly and helpful

Wonderful weekend spent at this hotel. Our room was standard double however, was comfortable, had, everything we required. We had all our meals at hotel. Food was good (Recommend home made Curry). What made our break was the staff that catered for us Rashik and Sultana stand out and are a credit to hotel friendly and always cheery mo matter how busy they were. Would certainly go back.

Whilst I'm reluctant too leave reviews on special places I find , I find I must review the Cruachan, in the hope they have vacancies next time I visit. Lovely staff and lovely place. Warm and inviting. Room 137 single (view of loch). Rooms decorated too a high standard and the bathrooms very modern and stylish. Independent heating in rooms which you can control. Bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. The hotel is decorated and maintained to a very high standard. The staff are lovely and very attentive. The bar and dining room are both lovely. I didn't eat here, other than the inclusive breakfast, which by the way was very good. With a large choice of cereals, fruit, and a self serve full breakfast. Unfortunately no haggis . I doubt you will find anywhere better in Fort William. The hotel has obviously been updated and to an excellent standard. Wouldn't stay anywhere else

This hotel is quite delightful. My friend and I stayed for a weekend break and we were so pleasantly surprised at the high standard of cleanliness, furnishings and the service provided by Tamkeen and her team. We will have no hesitation in returning.

5 out of 5 great few days away for valentines day with my wife the drive up was breathtaking then when we arrived the view from the hotel just as good on the water front next to the snowy mountains the hotel is lovely very modern and 5 min walk into town centre
