Poorly managed and next to LOUD train.
You do not get informatio beforehand. I called day of to get the information. They then said I would not get it until 1 hour before check in. The information did not include the building code to get into the building. The "main" door that they tell you to use most definitely has a code to get in. I called the "virtual front desk". They just read my email back to me and said that there is no building code. The only way we were able to get to the apartment we rented was because the back door (that also had a keypad) was broken and does not even latch.
The rooms had blackout blinds that you want to leave closed because the veiw is a stip of parking, a dumpster and train line. Loud, loud, loud train.

When we walked into our unit it was immediately clear it had not been properly cleaned. There were rings on the table from beverages and coffee drips on the counter. There was a spot on the wall behind the trash can where something had clearly dripped and pink grout in the shower.

not so great
apt was nice. new. but area is not so great. lots of homeless and undesirables. had to worry about this probably more of and issue with FT Worth just being a nasty city. had to worry about car getting broke into all night long.....and then... there was the train station that wasnt in the brochure... lol. not trains running by.... locomotives idling all hours of the night rumbling the apt. didnt sleep for nothing.... place is nice... but bring earplugs and drive a beater....

Comfortable stay
We loved the pool. Beautiful and a really great part of the stay. Apartment was roomy and comfortable. The common areas of the building could have been cleaner.

It looks like hotel but is not. Also, you have to pay parking, but you don't find that out until you get there.

The property with convenient and close to shopping, grocery stores, museums, and restaurants close to downtown Fort Worth as well. I absolutely loved it. The little loft department was so cute. Everything with up-to-date and it had awesome amenities.

Everything was great. Except flooe & rug needs to be deep cleaned.. with water & soap they are filthy.. we wore socks the entire stay n they would get black from the dirtyness on floors n rug
