The stay was great! Friendly service super super clean and quite!

They gave us the last room they had and the ac/heater didn’t work and they refused to even give a discount and it was 20 degrees last night. They sent a repair man down that sprayed the until with WD-40 which made it smell like something was burning. Front desk told us we would get a full refund then sent a note declining it after we checked out.

Breakfast gravy and eggs were watery, bathroom trim around bathtub and parts of wall were black and nasty

Good place to stay Have a medical appointment once a month, it is convenient to the clinic Always quiet and clean Excellent breakfast

Vanessa, who works at the front desk, was an amazing help and the sweetest staff we’ve met at any hotel before!! She made our trip worth while. We will definitely be coming back to a Holiday Inn.

Our check in was very poor. Lady that checked us in was very rude. We had to pay about $30 for parking that surprised us. Asked about any restaurants that delivered and told we could only door dash. When explaining that we didnt know how to do that, we were told that there was food that we could buy there. Was also told we could get out and drive to eat. We cannot drive in darkness Thats the reason we got a hotel room to start with. Saturday 27th at 5:30 pm approximately was check in time.
