Best Western Plus Fort Worth North

There were stains on the bedding, mold all over the walls, and the a/c barely worked. It was extremely disappointing and the hotel did nothing to compensate for the unsafe conditions.

Room very nice but needs some maintenance. Few items have been misused from previous customers. Hall ways need to be leaned up. No fault of the hotel but on our floor someone clearly smoking **** inside their room.

I walked in and the front sliding door was broken and they were working on it. The front lobby was decent until you walk down the hallway and you visibly see trash scattered throughout the hallway. I went to check out a room and found that the room was not ascetically pleasing. The furniture in the room had stains. The lights didn’t work around the headboard. I returned to the front desk to ask for a different room. He assigned a different room and I went to check that room out. Astonishing how much of the same remnants were present. This room the door wouldn’t close and lock I had to slam it in order for the lock to catch. There was still trash everywhere on this floor as well. I returned to the front desk to inform the attendant and he was upset that I asked for him to cancel my reservation. After continued professionalism from myself he stated that he would have to charge me for one night. I didn’t agree but I knew that I wasn’t staying and he seen the disappointment on my face. He stated that he would give me a full refund. I checked out both rooms within a matter of 15 minutes. Please don’t let the pictures fool you. This establishment just needs to be updated and cleaning needs to be addressed immediately

The bathroom has black mold. The floors were dirty. Didn’t even use the shower because it looked so bad.

The hotel was clean and very presentable. Customer service was great from check in to check out. Very quiet I had no problems with noise at all. The room was very nice (I had the king bed room)

Average stay, breakfast seemed limited compared to other hotels. Staff was nice and helpful. The room was nice besides the bathroom that seemed a bit outdated.

Great stay! Spotless room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Easy check in and check out. Overall great rate for our stay - a steal!!
