First time staying here but Marriott delivers greatness every time!

All but a few staff seemed inconvenienced when you’d speak to them. Room was not serviced until final night despite asking 2 previous times. I get staffing can have issues however I was extremely patient and polite and the energy wasn’t matched most times. 30mins until the end of breakfast and even asking for peanut butter seemed to bother the attendant but the front desk worker was very polite and helped.

Nice room and ambience. Love how their fitness facility is equipped. All cardio machines are new and work well. So refreshing! I've spent more at hotels where their fitness room is horrible.

I only stayed 1 night, so it worked for what i needed it for. It was weird that there we no lights in the room, just the little lamp lights by the bed and the light by the door. Luckily, I didn't need to get dressed/ready there. Besides that, it served it's purpose and the breakfast was good too.

Bathrooms were stocked and clean and front desk were friendly. Floor and bed side stand needed better cleaning. TV and remote were very slow to communicate with each other.

We were in Ft. Worth visiting family for Thanksgiving and opted for a stay in the CityView area. We were thrilled with our choice and when we return, plan to stay here again! Spotless, very friendly and helpful staff and the location is extremely convienent to both restaurants and shopping! Our room was PERFECT for our stay! So much so that we plan to request the same room when we return! Overall an EXCELLENT stay with great value, you won’t be disappointed!

The stay was good. The cleanliness could have been slightly better with details like the corners of the walls and floors. There was a laundry room that you can use but must have quarters on hand and must bring soap.

The staff was very nice and friendly. But the facilities just were not very well kept up. The floor trim around the room was completely fallen off and laying on the floor. The toilet would run randomly, for no reason, my husband even opened the tank and tried to fix because we heard it all night. Again, just regular maintenance missing. The AC also just sounded rattlely, loud and creepy. like it was nearing end of life. We stayed 2 nights with no cleaning, change of sheets, or trash taken out.
