Clean, great customer service, super nice and had all the necessities.

Room was ok for an overnight stay. Unfortunately the shower had no hot water, when my husband requested a partial refund the clerk stated he had to ask his manager. Also

staff was nice but the room was very floor dirty, smelly , roaches, dirty sheets had to go and get clean sheets

Most of the hotel staff was great. The front desk people not so much. The bathroom didn't have a tub, just a shower, and looked like it had mold around outside of shower. Holes in blanket, and curtain. Chipped wood on desk and chair was dirty.

Staff support is very lacking. You have to remove your stuff out at 11, if your paying daily, everyday, even though you made another reservation for the following day. They want a $20 early check-in fee, which you have to pay in cash. No card. Front desk will lie to security and say they had an issue with you

Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Room was dirty and smelled, plus the hotel was loud. . Druggies everywhere and the front desk lady was terrible

The room was horrible . There was blood on the inside of the door. There was burn holes in the bed conforter and sheets. The sheets and towels were dirty. There was severe dust buildup in bathroom on the vent i am asthmatic and couldnt breath well. There were penuts stuck in the air conditioner vents and the phone was dirty with crumbs in the part where the reciever goes. And by the safe there was a random thin red blanket shoved behind the safe and a plastic bowl that was dirty in the closet floor. I will not stay here again and i reported to corporate and asked for a refund .

Roaches all over hallway flooded loud parties staff are the rudest people I have ever met at a motel. I have end stage Parkinson's and nothing but stairs entering the place. Extremely dangerous and difficult to get in and out. Immediately told them I was leaving and they would not refund me the money for the next day
