I will not stay in this hotel again. First of all, they didnt tell us that their airport shuttle doesnt run after 11pm, even when I called before we arrived because we learned our flight would be getting in late. Then, after finally getting to the hotel we could not enter because the doors were locked and no one is at the desk. Once we could get in, let in by another guest, not staff. The bed was so uncomfortable that I slept on the lounge in the room. Upon check out, we were unable to get a receipt for charges to the room. After we left I realized we forgot something in the room. We went back to the hotel but were not allowed to retrieve our items. I was told to call after 9am. When I called I was told to send them a prepaid shipping label and they would send it. I eventually got to speak with a manager. I was told not all the rooms have old, bad mattresses. He did ship the items to me and sent an email stating he was offering us some free nights to show they could do better on customer service. When I tried to take him up on the offer and give the hotel another chance, I got no response to any emails to the manager.
