TX is big. I drove the Shuttle out for half an hour and the driver said it was very close. Haha, indeed.
Special reminder: After arriving, be sure to call the hotel to confirm the shuttle pick-up location, and keep the phone open to facilitate the driver's contact.

I will not stay in this hotel again. First of all, they didnt tell us that their airport shuttle doesnt run after 11pm, even when I called before we arrived because we learned our flight would be getting in late. Then, after finally getting to the hotel we could not enter because the doors were locked and no one is at the desk. Once we could get in, let in by another guest, not staff. The bed was so uncomfortable that I slept on the lounge in the room. Upon check out, we were unable to get a receipt for charges to the room. After we left I realized we forgot something in the room. We went back to the hotel but were not allowed to retrieve our items. I was told to call after 9am. When I called I was told to send them a prepaid shipping label and they would send it. I eventually got to speak with a manager. I was told not all the rooms have old, bad mattresses. He did ship the items to me and sent an email stating he was offering us some free nights to show they could do better on customer service. When I tried to take him up on the offer and give the hotel another chance, I got no response to any emails to the manager.

Great location, minutes to anywhere! Room is clean, comfortable, and spacious! Only compaint would be some different pillows (went flat). Breakfast was ok. For a better nreakfast, try the Triple A Cafe just a few yards from the hotel!

My first time staying here & to start the free shuttle from the airport made this visit so stress free. Complimentary breakfast and if not there’s plenty of dining options within walking distance. I will definitely be returning to this location next visit.

Everything about the hotel was awesome. The only thing we were not comfortable about was the employee at the breakfast area. We were there Wednesday 11-22-23 to Saturday 11-25-23. Employee at the breakfast area was not very friendly made us feel very uncomfortable while eating breakfast. She completely ignored us when we said good morning to her.

The property was clean, there was a lot of stores in the area.. (food….) shuttle was broke down so I had to call and wait for a shuttle.
I was placed in a room that was not designed for. I reach out to management no answer..
and they are not cheap
