This was the worst experience that I have ever had. Could not use the paid reservation because room was booked in my Company's name instead of my name Could not call to change or add my name to the reservation. Each time I called and was prompted to English speaking input was directed to a foreign language. Ended up have to pay at the hotel out of pocket. My name is Elijah Demerson. I booked in my name, gave my email address paid with paypal. Don't even know how my company's name got involved other than in my email. Hated this.

Bad review because ******* and home 2 suites wouldn’t refund me. I double booked the same room twice and tried to cancel multiple days in advance and was told it would taken care of and then when we checked in that said the refund wouldn’t go because we waited too long. Also having to ask for room service each day is a joke. We asked everyday and they cleaned our room at 8pm one night.

Very nice a upkept facility. Front desk staff was sooo sweet and accommodating. Beds and pillows were comfy. Only this was the pool was waaaay too freezing to enjoy.

This Hotel was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The outside lights at night beaming through the windows was very minimal.
