If you don't book your room for more than one day at a time they charge you a $20 early check-in fee even though you staying in the same room. So make sure you book there for multiple days at one time because they're going to charge you a $20 early check in fee every time you need to extend your reservation which is unheard of. I've never had to pay it early check in fee when I've extended a reservation at any other hotel.

Disgusting and needs to be shut down
Disgusting, sheets were dirty and had cigarette burns in them there was black mold in the bathroom and random dead bugs on the floor

Bad experience
The blanket appeared to have fresh blood stain spot. The bath tub was missing a shower curtain. The tub walls were serverly damage.

To be a refurbished property it's pretty good for a stay. There were a few things that could've been better but our overall stay was excellent.

Definately your basic room, vinyl plank floor, hair dryer didn't work, TV not set up correctly (I did get it to work), noisy heat/air unit. If you're looking for an acceptable room at an inexpensive price, this will do.
