Pet-friendly Hotels in Fort Worth

Had a blast. Everything was located downtown and within walking distance. The valet drivers was wonderful and very helpful. The staff was wonderful also. Whenever we needed anything, they brought it within 5 minutes or less. My only negative was there was no phone in the room to actually call the front office or housekeeping. I will definitely be back.

I didn't meet a single staff member that wasn't a treat. I was staying here for my second week from Japan, Bruce among other was not only extremely helpful and professional but him, amongst others were some of the most nicest and accommodating staff that I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. After a week of international travel the staff was an absolute delight. This is the place to stay if you're in Dallas. We held two separate rooms for this trip and both are nice and spacious with a lovely atmosphere. This location, along with its staff are a hard recommend and this is coming from someone that is used to 5 star hotels in Japan. Cannot wait to visit Dallas again

The most amazing experience. The hotel had everything We needed. All the personnel at the front front desk, BJ, who was absolutely amazing and accommodating and caring and very professional and everything was stocked and super clean. Thank you for your kindness and going Over the top to make our stay the best!!

Very clean and the room was very comfortable. Good service and good location. Next time you come, you must choose this hotel

I booked a room, dinner, valet parking, and a spa treatment as a gift for a friend. She really enjoyed the hotel. She loved her massage at the spa, and she said dinner at Whiskey & Rye was good. I’m glad she enjoyed her stay so I definitely feel like it was worth it, but this is my first time dealing with a luxury hotel and I’m a bit surprised that everything seemed so difficult. For starters, I booked the room online. I called to confirm I’d done so correctly because it was a gift and I didn’t want any problems. Initially, I was told the room needed to be in my name and that my friend could be listed as an extra person in the room. I was told that the manager would email me a credit card authorization form and that I’d need to fill it out and fax it back by a certain date. I never received a form so I called back. I was told that the room needed to be in my friend’s name and that I’d be emailed the authorization and I could email it back when I filled it out. I got an authorization link but it wasn’t a form I was meant to fill out, it was just for prepayment but it was listed for $0. I called back again and asked to talk to a manager just to make sure there wouldn’t be any issues. He set me up with everything and said he’d email the authorization. It never came through so I had to call back. Eventually, I got the proper authorization link and prepaid. My friend had no issues with her stay. One thing I found annoying was that I prepaid for a 50-minute massage at the spa. I also paid for a $50 activity credit for dinner. I noticed I was overcharged and my friend said her card was charged as well despite the manager assuring me they just needed her card on file, that I’d be the only one with charges for the accommodations, taxes, and incidentals. Again, I had to call several times and ended up never being able to speak to who I needed to. I emailed corporate and I got connected to who I needed to, but it’s a process and each email reply takes 24-48 hours. I was told that the massage actually costs $50 more than the credit I’d paid for, which seems misleading. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t attach a monetary value to the spa credit instead of advertising it as a fully paid 50 minute massage. Because of that, the credit I’d purchased to cover dinner was applied to the spa treatment, which meant I’d paid $52 for dinner out of incidentals. It’s not a huge issue, but it just feels misleading. The charge on my friend’s card also fell off and I was told that someone should’ve explained she’d have a hold placed on that card in the event of damages. No one did, and I would’ve paid more toward the room and incidentals initially if I’d known that. I’m really glad my friend enjoyed her stay but I don’t know if I’d feel inclined to book here again in the future. The added packages seem more like a headache than just paying for stuff outright. After many days and lots of money spent we were asked to leave because my car window was busted out as if it was my fault. Normally my favorite location. Needless to say not any more

Room was nice, staff was helpful

Check-in was fast. Was advised to use a side door entrance close to elevator, however no ramp, so can't use luggage cart at that entrance. Room was clean but had strange smell - old and musty. Main problem was the shower. The pull switch that controls water from the spout to the shower was broken and stuck in a way that 80% of water went into the bath tub and 20% to the shower head. The water pressure was so high in the tub portion that it kept the drain plug, which can't be removed, firmly down. I took a 3 minutes shower and the tub had at least 8 inches of soapy water. We asked and were moved to another room. However packing and unpacking at 12 midnight after a 750 Mile drive was not something I wanted to do. Except for the lobby, hotel is run down. Hallway walls and most of the doors are all scratched up. Bathrooms are from the early 90s. Location is good, but the hotel needs major renovations. I would rate the hotel at the most 2 stars.
