Minha estadia foi ótima porém na véspera do meu chek out houve uma situação super desagradável na portaria . O segurança do hotel q estava armado começou a gritar na recepção , chamar palavrão e seu várias batidas na porta de vidro em frente ao hotel. Um verdadeiro perigo pois o homem estava completamente desequilibrado e portava uma arma levando risco p todos . Fiquei com medo e bastante assustada. Solicito providências pois isso é inadmissível.

Trabalho viajando há mais de 20 anos e este hotel é o pior que já fiquei em todo esse período. Acomodação suja, equipe extremamente despreparada e café da manhã muito a desejar. Para piorar, 2 quartos ficaram sem luz numa determinada noite, sendo que um deles foi o meu. Pedi para trocar de quarto, mas o recepcionista muito pouco preparado ficou tentando mexer no disjuntor e me deixou esperando para ver se a luz voltava. Sem nenhum foco nas necessidades do cliente. Se vir a Fortaleza, por favor, NÃO FIQUE NESTE HOTEL.

Equipe atenciosa, muito obrigado. Flat bem localizado próximo a supermercados, restaurantes e academias. Precisa de algumas reformas e poderiam facilitar o pagamento. Idico para quem não faz questão de se hospedar próximo à orla.
