I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but after being ignored and essentially scammed out of $600, I feel other renters need to be warned. I paid $601 for tile-related work in my rental property—this included removal of a damaged tile, installation of a new one, regrouting, and clean-up. To date, none of this work has been done. Not a single step. Yet the money was taken without hesitation. The company also has a history of mishandling funds. When we first moved in, they held onto our bond for over six weeks—well beyond the legal 10-day limit. I have written proof of this. They have failed to provide any photographic evidence that the tile work was completed, despite multiple requests. And if the work was somehow done, I want to see that the tile actually matches—especially since they rejected cheaper repair quotes ($100–$200) on the grounds of poor matching, that I sourced myself. Worse still, I have been completely ignored since February. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, and no one has taken any responsibility. If this work was actually completed (which seems unlikely), I’ve asked for photographic proof—none has been provided. This kind of behaviour—charging for labour that never happened and dragging out refunds—feels like a pattern. Unless I receive a full refund (minus the cost of the tile itself) ASAP, I will be escalating this formally. This is just one instance of many issues we had during our 6 month tenancy. Avoid this company unless you want to chase your own money and be ignored when things go wrong. They do not value transparency, communication or basic professionalism.
