Just a so-so motel......nothing "boutique" about it.
The price was just shy of $100. a night. Spend a few extra dollars to upgrade to a nicer location and a more up-to-date motel.
I must say the rooms had at one time been remodeled as well as the front lobby. It is not the worst place I have stayed but it was clean and acceptable for the one night, except for the smell of dirty feet while sleeping in the bed. Will not stay here again.

The shower and sink were both slow draining. No fun standing in 2 inches of water while showering. Broken shower rod, which causes the large spray of shower water to run down the curtain and get the floor very wet. Wall plugs loose, causing cords to fall out. Uncomfortable bed. Definitely needs upgrading and maintenance.

Great place to stay. The furnace was extremely noisy which we should have simply turned off. Can’t blame the motel for our laziness. Great staff.

They say you get what you pay for. I feel I got more than I paid for with this stay at The Redwood Riverwalk. I needed a safe, clean room to stay in, so I wouldn't have to drive in the dark. The check-in clerk welcomed me with a kind, professional attitude. The room was huge and spotless. I appreciated the laminate flooring as opposed to carpet, especially since this is a pet-friendly motel. The motel provided all the amenities one would expect while maintaining a control over costs. This was definitely a no-frills stay, but I wasn't looking for frills. I was looking for cleanliness and safety and found both. In the morning, the check-out clerk was just as friendly and professional. I chose not to eat the breakfast because you get what you pay for. I recommend this motel for travelers looking for a simple, clean, safe place to rest. If you want frills, be willing to pay for them elsewhere. I will stay here again in the future.

Pros:
- Rooms are big
- Bathroom are big and shower was great.
- Staff was understanding
Cons:
- The main con for me was the bed. Bad enough that we left the hotel after a couple of hrs there and went to another hotel. You can not even call it a bed. Its just a bunch of metal springs with a sheet on top.
