Came to Nanhai to visit the Earth Art Festival and stayed here for one night. On the morning of the check-in day, I received a call from the front desk Ada who proactively asked about the guest's request. After learning that it was a family of 3 staying in the hotel, she proactively helped to apply for an additional breakfast for one person. When I arrived at the hotel, the sofa bed was already opened and made. With this proactive and enthusiastic service plus the expected hardware configuration of a new hotel, I have to give it a full five-star praise. What slightly embarrasses Ctrip's gold diamond rating is that the 12% discount on food and beverage indicated in the booking was not actually realized. In fact, after deducting the extra dishes outside the set meal, it may only be a discount of ten yuan. The restaurant's food was originally okay, but compared with a number of competing hotels that usually use special discounts for guests to attract tourists to stay in the hotel for dinner, the contrast is a bit big.

I really like this hotel and will choose to stay in the future. Choosing this hotel for this trip is a wise move. From the moment I step into the hotel, the sense of pleasure comes to my face. The front desk staff was enthusiastic, and the check-in procedure was efficient and intimate. Not only did they introduce the hotel facilities in detail, but also gave a guide to the surrounding food. Step into the room, clean and bright, warm and elegant, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The bathroom was spotless, the shower had plenty of hot water and the water was fast. The hotel dining is even more pleasant. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, from the steaming Chinese porridge to the exquisite Western pastries, taking into account the tastes of all parties. The environmental maintenance of public areas is also impeccable, with lush green plants and no dust in the corners. Living here, I feel not only the quality service and comfortable environment, but also the peace of mind at home. Next time I travel, it will be my first choice and I recommend it to all travelers! #service

Hotel is located on the high floors (36 floor and above) of a building but the lobby and restaurants are on the lower floors. Very spacious and clean rooms. Very conveniently located within walking distance of the centre/old part of Foshan (Zumiao/Xintiandi areas). Had one meal at the Chinese restaurant, food was in good portions and delicious. Hotel guests get 15% discount. Lobby staff, managers and even the porter/bell boy were all very helpful. They even help me resolve a dispute with a DiDi (ride hailing) driver over payment.

Came back to extend my stay. They will always ensure my needs are met. The hotel is safe, and I have such a beautiful view every day when I wake up. The best part is I am able to be well rested as the hotel is quiet and has levels of no smoking room that would not affect their guests. The hotel has a lot of activities that you can enjoy. The hotel is a good location for those business travelers involved in the building/furniture sector. The hotel rooms needs renovating...particularly for technical issues concerning the aircon and the lighting. not all the lights were in working condition and some nights the lights would turn on awakening us from our sleep. The aircon in my friends room would be freezing cold all the time even when it was increased to 32oC or switched off!!!!!! The room was not properly inspected and cleaned when we arrived...a packet of mentos was lying under the desk and empty bottles of whisky were still stashed in the TV cabinet. On a positive note, the towels were replaced everyday with clean ones and the bed was nice (not for those who like soft beds though) and bed linen and pillows were good and were clean. Room is spacious with a nice wide window and very comfortable armchair. staff do their best to help. Breakfast is copious. Pity there are not many options for lunch and dinner, other than one Chinese restaurant there was nothing else available. I understand Fortuna Hotel is currently renovating some floors and that these will be ready as from September (maybe I was told). I hope and wish for Fortuna that this will be the case as they are well situated in the area.

1. Rooms are new and clean, however there is a strong musky smell especially in bedroom that the hotel needs to get rid off before guests check in. The musky smell lingers. Pillows also need to be aired. 2. Good daily service altho it’s a serviced apartment 3. Poor section of coffee and tea in the room 4. Excellent location right next to two big malls. There’s also a coffee street very near by. The fitness suite was very well equipped. My favorite part was breakfast. They had a variety of western and Cantonese options. This is probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had for a long time. I only gave amenities 4 stars because they didn’t have a children’s playground. But overall it’s been a good visit.

The location of this hotel is really good. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The room is large and clean. There are also self-service dryers and washing machines. The facilities are complete and comfortable! The front desk service is very good. When checking in, you can feel the enthusiasm. When checking out, Xiao Guo at the front desk also gave us a small gift. It was a very satisfactory accommodation experience. I will continue to stay at your place next time.
