Dear Sirs, I have bin described previously that we faced a big issue in Hampton hotel during first night.
Some of the guest keep trying to brake my room door for few hours until 4 am. The hotel staff and even police could not make this person calm and I face a big issue for next day, filling very bad and disappointed.
This was a reason to cancel my booking and change a hotel for the next morning immediately.
I request thru this site a cancelation and reimbursement of my payment to same card, from which I paid this booking. After a week of time I still don't get my payment back and asking you to investigate this accident and proceed for reimbursement of amount!

Nice place to stay, but more expensive than it should be given location and amenities. The room I was given initially had a stalr smell of smoke, the baguette for breakfast was not fresh - although it's amazing they had a baguette in the first place. And the song in the elevator is really annoying. But all in all I had a nice stay.
