1.下午2點入住，4點了説沒有人打掃房間。等到晚上9點才打掃完。
2.把東西放到賓館然後去玩，特意確認了一下床單被褥。果然10點鐘回去的時候根本沒有換。一般人不注意的睡了就睡了，我是叫老闆過來給我換。
3.房間蚊子很多，根本沒睡好。防蚊的沒有用的。
4.衞生自己看照片吧，我更在意的是床單，枕頭沒有換。
5.住兩天，第二天啥也沒有換。一次性用品都沒有。
總結:不會再來這個店了。

新開的酒店公寓，新是挺新的，枕套偏黃。但是一入住就發現馬桶是堵的，通知老闆來通了後，晚上發現空調不給力，這麼熱的天，空調不涼怎麼睡，前台來看了一下，然後説可能房間大，空調匹數不夠也沒辦法，然後拿了一個迷你小風扇來，當天滿房，也沒辦法換房間。網上看見有1.5米的單床房可以開得鐘點房，就打電話給老闆問能不能換，老闆態度很差，説空調是同一批買的，不可能壞，然後直接掛斷電話。這種態度太無語了！！！

定了兩間房間，一間大床被換成雙床了，那件雙床門鎖壞了，鎖不了，打電話沒人接，入住兩天兩晚衹有入住的時候有前台其他時間沒看見，另一間大床的廁所，水一沖上去滿滿的灰塵！這次來順德旅遊的體驗感極差！

住宿環境衞生都沒有問題，一個前台把我的體驗感徹底拉跨了，真的是要特意強調下早班眼鏡那小姑娘拽什麼那麼有脾氣不要做前台吖，基本的接待服務態度都沒有做什麼前台，！
