The service is great. My husband and I came here for a trip. We traveled during off-peak hours. The two hotels we stayed in were very poor and the soundproofing was not good. The service at Yilong Haiya Hotel was particularly good. I just got off the bus after arriving at the hotel. When my husband was carrying a lot of luggage, a male staff member immediately opened the door for us when he saw it. It's really good. The front desk service attitude is also very good and patiently answered my questions. The room design is very good and the facilities and equipment are new and very cost-effective. The hair dryers are all Lefen hair dryers. The room is also equipped with ear-mounted hand-brewed coffee and It was so comfortable to stay at Hua Cha. I really didn’t hear any noise. The hotel is also very new. The bathroom has a large sink. It is also very close to Fisherman’s Wharf. There are many places to eat and drink around.
