As someone who frequently stays in hotels, this one is an absolute gem! The toiletries provided in the room were a definite highlight for me; they left me smelling wonderful. The room itself was spotless and tidy, and when I found the pillow too low, they thoughtfully swapped it out for a latex one – such a considerate touch. All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always greeting me with enthusiasm. Highly recommended!

The service was excellent, and with a mall and food street right downstairs, it was super convenient for dining and shopping. It's also a great hotel to just relax in on a rainy day. The hotel was quite full during the May Day holiday. The lobby has a co-working area with public computers and some books, though the selection was pretty limited. Breakfast offered a good variety, and 9 AM was peak time, but the 'cheong fun' (rice noodle rolls) weren't very authentic. Overall, my stay was quite comfortable. They might consider a fresher scent for the perfume though. Going cycling at the nearby National Wetland Park is a good outdoor recommendation.

I've stayed here multiple times. The hotel's location is excellent, with a mall right downstairs. The rooms are decent, and the breakfast spread is quite generous. It offers great value for money, and I always have a pleasant stay here.

Came here for a competition, and my clothes got wet. The laundry service was really prompt, highly recommend!

Last week, the AC in my room wasn't working, so I had to switch rooms. This week, I contacted the hotel in advance, and they did a great job preparing for my arrival. They had already turned on the AC, and the temperature was perfect. Plus, this month they brought back the matcha cake rolls and mini cakes for breakfast! They're delicious and allow me to try a variety of flavors without wasting anything. I just hope they can offer more variety in the breakfast options in the future.
