Good service from the front desk The hotel has a very strong smoking smell as they allow guests to smoke inside the room nad public area You may want to take note of this if you can't take the smell of cigarettes. Other than this, all are okay

Items that are missing but will greatly enhance the hotel profile: 1- Iron for clothes 2- small fridge in the room 3- buffet menu is the same everyday ( needs to change a bit ) 4- Needs dinning spoon and fork 5- providing basic English training to the stuff will be great Positive items: 1- Great service 2 - Friendly stuffs 3- Washer and dryer is a great plus

Nice hotel not far from the Ceramic city. There is a metro station not far from the hotel, about 10 minutes to walk. Room is large, friendly staff.

Close to building materials market, foods is away from hotel.

Not too sure about the location when booking. Price was around what I would expect. Room was large, mostly clean, and places still delivered during the holidays.

Good location and great service. The room was comfortable, but I don't know why the windows couldn't be opened. Room smelled with cigarettes which was unpleasant for a non-smoker like me. The shower head was broken and the ceiling of the bathroom was wet. In General the room was okay.

Service: I have to complain about the front desk during the day. It was supposed to be checked out at 2:00, but they started calling at 1:10. I was speechless. It was like they wanted to drive me away. I was woken up in my sleep, which was really annoying! Facilities: I stayed here three times, but the prices were different. I also tried to book other room types, but each time it was worse than the last time, and the price was more expensive. There was water accumulation and odor in the room. I won't come again anyway. I don't know if the air conditioner has been cleaned. It would make noises for a while, then stop, and then make noises again. The sound insulation is really bad. The rooms in this hotel are like thunder every time I stay! I didn't want to write it originally. I didn't check out at 2 o'clock, but they called at 1:10. It was so noisy. It's bad! ! ! 🤮🤮

The sanitation is really clean, and there is cleaning every day. The service of the lady at the front desk is also great! I especially like this mirror, it is really beautiful. There is also this projector, it is really cool to watch dramas on the big screen! There is also a clothes drying rack, which is really convenient!
