The first time I came to this hotel, I felt very good, the receptionist Sunshine's service attitude was very good. The environment of the hotel is very good, there is a park next to it, and the air is good. The hotel room is also very clean and comfortable under the covers. The hotel has a robot to deliver food, do not need me to come down to pick up food, very convenient!

This is a 5 stars hotel. You get the 5 stars amenities. I travel 2 weeks in china and encounter different hotel amenites at 4-5 stars level. I would say they are good, provide free laundry services, breakfast is also one of the best.
But customer services, they are not even close to a 4 stars hotel. No one bother to greet you at hotel lobby. No one bother to care about smoking on the lobby or walkway, no one bother to help you on your luggage when arrived. Sometimes the bellboy open the car door, sometimes they do not. Don’t know what is the standard.
Come back again? Maybe not.
