1.商家和客服唱雙簧戲。有事情需要提前退房，在12點之前問了商家，商家説要問客服，自己操作不了。打電話給客服，由客服聯繫商家又反饋説商家不同意，推來推去就12點多了，反正房是不給你退了。2.房間臟，設備故障。櫃子，壁櫥，桌子基本上都有積灰。冰箱內部沒有清理過，下層也打不開。廁所的電吹風用不了，熱水器電源也有問題，需要等人來維修。3.床墊，枕頭舒適度負分。床墊睡上去動一下能聽到彈簧錯位的響聲，枕頭薄，沒有彈性。4.衞生情況糟糕。廁所馬桶、地磚有明顯發黃水垢。有蟑螂。

環境臟亂差，因為是複式房間，樓下半夜兩個女的在下面大吵大鬧，凌晨三四點還在吵，根本一晚上沒睡好，而且房間的衞生非常臟，睡了一晚上渾身癢，而且酒店前台態度極度惡劣，好評都是靠威脅刷出來的，因為是今天凌晨兩三點住進來的，不知道是十二點退房，今天退房是十二點半退的房，酒店前台説不給好評就不退給我這麼多按金，十二點退的房，到晚上八點了按金一直不退，直到給她發訊息才回，直言威脅我，好評才全部退給我，不然就衹退我70%，其他30%不退，當做酒店超時費。我是那麼容易被威脅的人嘛，網友們謹慎入坑，有圖有證據。
