Overturned my understanding of Lavande Hotels. I have stayed in dozens of Lavande Hotels across the country. This seems to be a fake. The environment is dirty and dilapidated. There is a musty smell in the house and the water is not good. The breakfast is even more disgusting. The table next to the table has leftover boiled food. I am also a frequent visitor to Lavande Hotel. I booked a family room for three days during the National Day. The room rate was more than 2,000 yuan and more than 700 yuan per night. The room supplies are only for two people (the room description states that it can accommodate four people), and I called to ask for more slippers. The attitude of the floor attendant and the person who answered the phone was really arrogant. Anyway, in one sentence, this is how the hotel arranged it.
Because of the weird air conditioner that blew directly onto my head at night, I asked for an extra quilt the next day, but was told by the front desk that there was no extra quilt. When I asked her why, she was told that this was how the hotel arranged it.
