十分差 是電子密碼鎖，要加業主微信才能收到密碼，密碼很簡單，房號加兩個數字，懷疑不是動態密碼。 想反鎖門，發現反鎖的鎖是壞的，衹能拿一塊板頂住門。 最糟糕的是，空調是壞的，聯繫業主，説衹要按照她的指示操作遙控器，半小時後就能製冷了。要求換房，不同意。等了半個小時後，終於出冷風了，但是空調三分鐘後自己又關了。折騰了一個多小時，找業主，找客服投訴。最後被業主懟了一頓。衹好開窗户睡。外面是高架橋，有噪音，而且晚上很熱，夜裡醒了很多次。找攜程客服介入，業主衹願意退20塊錢
