Old hotel but price is good for budget travellers

The elevator is the kind that pulls a truck. It goes up and down very slowly and the door opens loudly.
There is only one socket at the bedside of the room, and the double bed is inconvenient for charging.
The sound of the toilet door closing and closing is very harsh, and the sink does not fit properly and will shift.
There is a lot of gray on the sheets and there are black stains
There is no air conditioning in the lobby and the sofa is very dirty. If you go early, no one will have to wait to check out.
The overall feeling is not worth 260, the environment is very bad
