The one who seemed more senior asked the young man to take me to see the room and make sure it was OK before staying. I ended up going to room 2211, which was much cleaner than the previous two rooms (I guess it was because the window in this room was too small and not many people wanted to stay in it). It was just one night, and I was so tired that I would probably have no sleep as soon as I fell asleep. Breakfast is too poor, with too few choices, staff's service awareness is extremely low, and hygiene is very poor. Verified again, the hardware is good, but the software cannot keep up, what a pity!
