Regarding your feedback about foreign objects on the bed, this clearly falls short of our service standards. We have immediately forwarded the issue to the relevant departments for a comprehensive self-inspection and strengthened our cleaning process inspection mechanism to ensure that every room meets the highest hygiene requirements before delivery. Regarding the chargeable slippers, the hotel provides guests with high-quality, comfortable, disposable complimentary slippers, as well as brand-new, sealed rubber slippers for a fee. To ensure hygiene and environmental friendliness, the rubber slippers are a paid product and will not be reused. The chargeable information is clearly displayed on the opening. After opening, guests are encouraged to take the slippers with them. If guests wish to store them, the hotel offers a storage service for their next visit. Regarding your inconvenience caused by the inability to cast to the TV screen, we have included this feature optimization in our technical upgrade plan. We will coordinate with professionals to evaluate and upgrade the in-room TV system to provide guests with a more convenient user experience. Finally, we greatly appreciate your feedback.
