Foshan Travels: when it comes to Foshan or Guangzhou, most people only know Chimelong paradise. However, there is an oasis known as Changlu Holiday Resort 长鹿度假村. Its lesser known and more catered to locals. Advised to come on weekends, once you check in, literally no need to go out liaoz!! We came during the weekdays and low season, hence it was easier to get an upgrade and no queues for rides. On weekends, however, they have a night parade and activity. Lots of shows, street shopping, food and performances. Back to the resort. I booked via trip.com. Rooms starts from only $99 per room! Not per person. PER ROOM And includes ALOT! 1. Choice of room. We had initially booked the cave room at $200 per night with tickets for 2 kids. However, due to a natural inclement, we managed to get the underwater room upgrade! Both were great. The underwater room usually cost around $700! And a bigger one at approx $1000!! Breakfast is included too. I would say not as good as the earlier hotels. But ok la… 2. Tickets to the zoo. You get multiple tickets if you book more than 1 night. Actually 1 day ticket is sufficient as the zoo isn’t very big and could be covered in 1 day. Zoo shows are not included. Regret watching but not expensive. 3. Discount tickets to the circus. Top up about $8 per person. Discount tickets to snow world. As we had experienced similar at the previous hotel, we skipped this. Snow world is another $6 per person. 4. Thrilling amusement rides. Not included but they are not expensive too. Pay by coin credits and they offered buy 1 get 1 value. Works out each ride to be less than $2-$3 a ride only. 5. Affordable and good food offerings. Usually theme parks tend to be expensive. But it’s affordable here. We went to town and realized even cheaper. 6. Unlimited hot spring pools to soak. 7. Beautiful swimming pool (the blue oasis in the pictures is the pool) 8. Steam and sauna access. And many more!! They have a total of 11 interactive zones here. When people feedback 2day1 night is not enough I kind of thought I might have time to go to town.. well… 3 days 2 night in the resort and we still find it insufficient too. 😅😅😅 With the beautiful underwater room, we spent time going in and out of the room for rest and pool soak multiple times too.. If you ask me which room type is the best, get the cave rooms as they are in the heart of the resort. Easiest to get around.

Location, 8/10: 20-25 mins by taxi away from the Guangzhou South station. Room: 9/10: the room size is spacious and looks nice. the resort is located in the theme park which very good for the family visit. Service: 8/10, the service is good and the staff can ask everything about the theme park. Although the breakfast is included in the package but the food can be improved for my opinion. It was amazing experience for my husband and me. We went to celebrate his birthday and to relax and enjoy the hot spri.g spa. The hotel room was with lake view. Very clean, all the facilities in the room were amazing: the bed was huge and comfi, the tea delicious.This is my second visit to the hotel and it was great. The spa was nice, with variety of baths with different temperature. There was a steam spa and sauna. All worked well. The staff was very nice and helful. The breakfast was with variety mainly Chinese choices of dishes, but very good. We were given tickets for the park and disconted tickets for tbe circus performance, which was absolutely amazing. We had a delicious lunch for two in the underwater restourante with excelent selection and service. Dream to go again in a short time

The trip was beyond expectations. The check-in staff Ms. Yang was polite and helpful. The rooms were relaxing. The lake view room features large windows and a cute porch ( with swing chairs). The farm view rooms were larger than it looked in the pictures. As the rooms were packaged with the theme park tickets, we entered the park and the zoo for free. Although the rides needed to be purchased separately, the cost was affordable. The zoo kept a decent amount of animals. (Feedings were sold separately ) We loved the boat ride near the lobby, the highlight of our trip. A tip to share ( a lake view room and a farm view room will make an inclusive unit). We enjoyed the trip so much despite we didn’t have time to see the show and visit the ice world.

The place is very good. The view is great,room was clean and very nice. Many things to do and see, especially if you travel with children.

Unexpectedly Long Deer Resort is a place suitable for adults and children, the front desk service staff is friendly, the room is very hygienic and clean, has a holiday feeling , the resort also has a zoo, swimming pool, soup pool  and Rides. Children can go to the zoo to see animals, bring friends can go to play rides, the elderly can go to massage the bathing pool, can completely balance the needs of the whole family. It's definitely no worse than Chimelong, and the consumption is very low, and the food in the park is also very cheap. It's a place worth having fun! 

The long deer in the sun really looks like a colorful oil painting painted by God. The flowers, plants and trees are like fairy tales. It's like walking into the fairy tale world of Hayao Miyazaki. The primitive and ecological hotel design is really romantic in the details. From the orchids on the lobby table to the mountains and islands by the lake, every scenery is full of romance. The hotel is also very clean. As soon as you enter the door, you will see the characteristic duplex design, hollow floor-to-ceiling windows, and green plants and blue sky when you open the curtains. Washing supplies are placed upstairs and downstairs. Children's toothbrushes are still in the shape of deer, full of innocence. The big bath 🛁 relieves a day's fatigue. A few steps downstairs from the room is the hotel lobby, and further ahead is the park. The geographical location is also very good and very close to the park. You can also have lunch in the octagonal pavilion next to it and watch the lake cruise and black swans. Finally, the characteristic lake cruise is also a must-experience. The beautiful lake view and blue sky that are beyond words can satisfy the real holiday fantasy. Quietly blowing the lake breeze, feeding the swans, chic and appropriate. After the lake tour, you can go to the park to play various motorized games, and the children have a lot of fun. It must be mentioned that the buffet on the lake island is really shocking and beautiful. Listen to the sound of the waterfall and have a leisurely breakfast 🥣. The buffet variety is also OK, the nutrition is balanced, and the taste is also very good. Coupled with the pleasing mountain scenery, it is really refreshing. After two days of experience, I swam in the lake, fed the swans, played motorized games, had a buffet breakfast, and ate the meal in the octagonal pavilion. I also experienced the special submarine boat restaurant, played the ice and snow world, and watched the zoo. Satisfied, Changlu So for me, it is really a good place to take children on vacation. No matter spring, summer, autumn or winter, you can experience the beauty of nature. I will definitely come again in autumn to experience the lake view and mountain scenery.

Very satisfied. I went there during the National Day. Although there were many tourists, the room was quiet in the bustling city, the appearance was online, and the modern design was also good. The bathroom, smart toilet, direct drinking water, and various thoughtful little things were all available. There was a capsule coffee machine, and I watched the fish and drank coffee under the water in the morning. Then when there were no tourists in the morning and evening, I could enjoy the aquarium area alone. Finally, it was very convenient to go to various places in Changlu from the room. We wore slippers and went to play empty-handed without feeling tired. The most thoughtful thing is that the hotel also gave exclusive tickets, free entry and exit within two days, and any project was played in the fast lane, and there was no need to queue up during the peak of October 1. The ticket already had 130+130=260 entertainment money. When it was used up, I used the WeChat public account to scan the code to recharge, starting from 30, and the more I recharged, the more I got. We played for a whole day, and after using up the entertainment money, I only recharged 90 yuan, which was enough. Check-in time is 15:00. If you want to stay overnight and play for two days, you can go to the front desk in advance on the first morning to check in your luggage, then enter the park and play. When you return to the lobby at 15:00, the staff will take you and your luggage to the room. Then you can just stay in the room and enjoy the super relaxing big water tank. There is a swimming pool, hot spring bath and massage upstairs in the elevator. It is perfect. Finally, the service is also very, very good. Special thanks to the staff who helped us check in. Families with children only need to book it and can enjoy a particularly relaxing holiday.

160 yuan double ice and snow world voucher (80 yuan/person) (same price for big and small): The environment is very good, the atmosphere is very good, it feels like living in nature. Except for a little smell of damp wood, the hotel is pretty good. I hope some small appliances in the hotel can be regularly inspected.
