Always stayed at Hengfu when I travelled to Sanshui coz of its good location. The hotel used to be quite lively, with many shops and food stalls/restaurants available around the compound, but is all emptied now. Starbucks which used to be at the entrance lobby is now gone, which definitely degrades the whole experience. Will hope that they can bring back a proper coffee shop/cafe to the hotel.

This is the first time I have such a bad experience. The room is really ugly, and the service attitude is terrible. There is only one person’s toiletries in the room. I don’t know why the rating is so high. I really hope you won’t be deceived. .

The hotel is located in the city center with very convenient transportation. The facilities are average, because our purpose is to visit relatives, so it is acceptable. The service attitude of the staff is good, and the breakfast is ok.

It's a super cool hotel, both the corridor outside the room and the room are shivering with cold. After turning off the air conditioner in the afternoon, the room will only be 20 degrees tomorrow morning. It's really cold.
