I asked if I could upgrade the three rooms I booked so late. The woman at the front desk said I was told that I couldn't upgrade even if I had a room. I have two elderly people who didn't bring their ID cards. A man at the front desk was teaching one to scan the QR code for authentication, and I was teaching the other one. When a guest came to check in, the woman at the front desk asked the man not to scan the QR code first, but to check in other guests first. Am I not a guest here? I got to the room after being soaked in the rain. The room was old and shabby, and the toilet leaked. I waited for more than ten minutes and called twice before someone came and asked to change rooms. They tried to push it by saying that there was no room. It was past ten o'clock and I couldn't take a shower. , only to change rooms after getting angry. In fact, many rooms were empty that day. Points are given to the security guard who helped us get to the car from the rain when it rained heavily the next morning. The breakfast was not that good, there will be no next time, and the room facilities were really poor.
