The apartment is as new and clean as the pictures, and the sanitation is good. There are TVs, air conditioners, and bathrooms on the upper and lower floors. Calls are answered in a timely manner. The location is actually good. The disadvantage is that the room smells damp and the ventilation is not very good, especially on the second floor. The floor drain smells really bad. It rains heavily and the windows cannot be kept open for ventilation. The sound of wind and rain is very noisy when the windows are open, and it stinks when the windows are closed.
