The message from the father: This residence is very good, the exterior building is very grand. Originally, my parents lived near Guangzhou South Railway Station. After looking for a long time, there was no suitable for them. There were small private apartments nearby, afraid that the health could not keep up. And it is not close to the train station. Anyway, to go to the Heyuan to play, I searched for accommodation near the Heyuan. I even saw this one. (I joked with my parents and sent you to the nursing home, haha) Here, it should be a pension apartment that has not yet been set up as a short-term rental homestay. But it is really suitable for the elderly to live. The old father took a photo and sent it to me. The price is more than 100. Except that the bed is not so wide, but the room has a washing machine, there is a balcony where you can dry clothes, and the bathroom is equipped with a fall-proof handle. There seems to be an emergency alarm handle on the wall of the bedside table..., all the elderly like it. There is even breakfast, although not very good, but suitable for the elderly. It's just too cost-effective. There is a direct subway in Guangzhou South, just a few minutes walk. Nearby is Beibei Park, and the back is the Heyuan. There is also a tea house. It is very convenient, the elderly are traveling, and they can sleep for a while at noon.

This is my second time choosing this hotel. There is a business area downstairs, near Midea's headquarters, a 15-minute walk from Shunde Fishing Village and Guoranju, and close to Beijiao Park. There are also children's facilities downstairs. The location is good and the hygiene is acceptable.

The hotel room is very comfortable, and there are several shopping malls nearby. There are many delicious food along the way. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to the subway station. It is easy to find for travelers and is very convenient!

Originally, I had high expectations. After all, it is newly opened and should do better in all aspects. The result was still disappointing: 1. Poor hygiene. There are so many hairs everywhere. I don’t know where they come from. Rhinitis patients really can’t stand it. When the curtains are opened, a lot of hairs fly out. See the picture. 2. There is something wrong with the TV. Although I got better later. 3. There are only one or two boxes of roll paper left in the toilet! Aren’t you doing hygiene inspections? Forgot to take a photo of this detail. It would be really uncomfortable if I didn’t bring the paper myself. 4. The location is close to the road, so keep the doors and windows closed, otherwise you can hear the sound of cars all night long. 5. There will be the sound of decoration starting at ten o'clock in the morning, so choose carefully if you get up late. Advantages: It is relatively close to the subway, and there is an M mark nearby, which is more convenient. But the location is still quite remote.
